Service Description
A sacred afternoon renewal of mind, body and soul. Through gentle movement, breath and energy healing bringing you inner calm, peace and rejuvenation. You will be guided through a somatic dance session that meets you where you are at. No need to have any dance experience, as you are gently guided along the way. Most importantly you are your own guide and if you don't want to do something that is cued, you don't feel comfortable with, don't do it. The dance is a beautiful rhythm that gently transitions into a beautiful meditation. From there individual Energy Healing sessions will commence. What will be provided: - Water, tea and coffee - Yoga mats, blankets Be sure to wear comfortable clothes to move in. Try not to eat anything a few hours prior to the session. This circle is a safe space for release and renewal. You don’t need to do anything — simply allow yourself to be. Come as you are, and trust that your body knows the way home.

To honor both your time and mine, please review the booking guidelines below: ✦ Booking • All sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance through the online calendar. • You’ll receive a confirmation email upon booking, along with any details needed to prepare for your session. ✦ Cancellations & Rescheduling • Life happens — if you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled session. • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable and will be considered a missed session. • You may reschedule your session once within a 7-day grace window. ✦ No-Shows • If you do not attend your session and no notice is given, the session will be marked as missed and cannot be rescheduled or refunded. ✦ Refund Policy • All purchases are non-refundable, as each session involves energetic preparation and holds sacred space for your healing. • If extenuating circumstances arise, please reach out directly. I am open to compassionate conversation and will always honor integrity and alignment. ✦ Session Conduct • Please arrive grounded, present, and in a quiet, private space to receive. • If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule, and this will be subject to availability. ✦ Disclaimer All offerings are spiritual and energetic in nature and are not a replacement for medical or psychological care.
