Breathwork can take you from a place to stress, anxiety and pain and transform it into sacred presence of being. When you take intentional breaths and not just shallow breathing as you do much of the day, the breath nourishes the body in so many ways.
Each Session is Uniquely Currated
Each session is customized precisely for you. The music playlist is intuitively curated based on your energy signature to provide a deeply attuned session. The breath patterns and holds are uniquely chosen as well to provide you with the utmost customization based on your needs. You are deeply held throughout the session as Energy Healing is incorporated to bring you the deepest level of healing and comfort.
Breathwork is the bridge that harmonizes the mind, body and soul.
Session Flow
Sessions are 60 minutes in length either via Zoom or in person.
Flow:

Gentle intake & safety check — we orient to your nervous system.

Grounding + preparatory breath and movement to settle the body.

Guided Breathwork journey — breath patterns selected to meet your needs (regulation, release, activation, or integration).

Integration & grounding — journaling/soft movement and a short guided rest.

Aftercare suggestions to help the nervous system stay soothed.
Trauma-informed: you remain in choice the entire time. I’ll guide you gently and hold space so you can feel safe to open at your own pace.
Prior to your session

Taper off any food at least 2 hours prior to the session, as breathing with a full stomach can be uncomfortable.

Limit beverage intake 1 hour prior.

Wear comfortable clothes.
Online Sessions:

It's preferred that you are lying down or propped up.

You may get chilled, so have a blanket at hand.

Be in a safe area where you will not be disturbed.

Wearing headphones can elevate your experience.

You may enjoy an eye mask.
Post Session Care
After your session it's important to:

Get out in nature.

Take an epson salt bath.

Take a walk

Drink plenty of water. This will help to flush out any toxins.

Eat nourishing foods, whatever that looks like for you.

Take it easy for the next 24-48 hours.

Listen to your body and its needs, you moved a lot of energy!
