Every offering within CarrieSymes.com and the Celestara™ Light Portal is created with deep intention, energetic preparation, and spiritual integrity. Because of the nature of this work, all purchases are non-refundable unless otherwise explicitly stated.
By booking or purchasing any session, service, journey, or program, you agree to the following:

These sessions are non-refundable once booked. If you need to reschedule, I ask for at least 24 hours notice so we can honor the energetic preparation and make space for someone else.
No-shows or late cancellations will forfeit the session without refund.

This includes:

Due to the nature of these deep containers and the energetic commitment required, there are no refunds once your journey has begun. You may request to postpone or transfer your start date under extenuating circumstances, which will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Energetic readiness and personal responsibility are part of this work. Your commitment supports the sacred container we co-create.

This includes:

These are non-refundable due to the digital nature of the product and the immediate energetic exchange.
4. ✧ Payment Plans
If you’ve entered a payment plan, you are responsible for completing all scheduled payments. Your space is energetically held for the full duration of the journey, and no cancellations or refunds are permitted once enrolled.
